I usually try to avoid hotel restaurants (except breakfast), TusCA was a great exception. The first impression was that it was a casual open to lobby restaurant and did not expect much. It is Hyatts practice to enter any occupied guestroom at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.
