The classes I would go to are Les Mills Combat and Les Mills Grit as I find those the most challenging. The only area of improvement I can think of would be ensuring there is enough roll in the spin room to wipe down our bikes afterwards instead of having to hunt for some in the gym floor. The number for the centre was not being answered, neither were emails. All that would have been nice is a little timely correspondence to let me know what was happening and what I would be expected to pay etc etc. Was mis-sold a deal by staff which they say is my own fault for believing what a representative said to me. truGym | Low-Cost Contract & Non-Contract Gym Memberships A couple of points - the changing rooms are often dirty due to disrespectful members and the showers could be set on a longer timer as they are not great. Good gym but would be a lot better with a pool for people to enjoy an early morning dip or even casual swimming after a hard session. Weekends could do with music on a bit louder.Only real downside is weekday afternoons when classes are on, the music they have on for them is far too loud, u cant hear ya own music coz of this, which is pretty annoying or wud of been 5*. For the price per month, this is a great gym, it has everything u need and more. Staff on the phone where rude and abrupt and not helpful at all. I am very disappointed that you have emailed me as a new member. I've been emailing the headquarters with no response for 2 weeks and there's ZERO guidance on their website or online for who to contact (other than your local gym) or how.
